Job Description:

In the last year, we've experienced significant growth and are now seeking to expand our

team with top SEO talent. As a member of our SEO team, you will be part of day-to-day

execution and maintenance of SEO strategies, including keyword research, analysis,

portfolio management, and opportunity analysis. Team member work closely with other

members of the WebTek team, helping with tasks as needed to ensure client success.

As our online presence is extremely important for the success of the business, your

position will play a huge role in driving our business' growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the SEO team in the development, execution, and optimization of organic

search campaigns in an agency setting.

Perform ongoing keyword research and analyzation for opportunities,

considering client goals, target audiences, key metrics, and other factors.

Identify and analyze competitor websites for opportunities for optimization,

content ideas, or other SEO benefit.

Complete recurring audits to monitor for technical issues affecting website

speed and performance. Assist in resolving these issues when they arise.

Evaluate and perform on-page SEO and CRO.

Identify opportunities for acquiring high-quality backlinks, and assist in outreach.

Track website analytics across several SEO tools, and synthysize insights and

recommendations for further SEO opportunites based on the data from these

tools

Prepare and present in depth monthly SEO reports to clients, as well as assist

with client communication and note taking on calls.

Coordinate with other WebTek team members to ensure accurate and timely

completion of website tasks.

Follow outlined procedures for operations to ensure a consistency and clear

understanding of work being completed within the team. Also provide input for

improving these procedures.

Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the search engine and SEO

landscape.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

2 years of experience working in SEO

Be self-motivated, show confidence and initiative in going beyond what is

required in Primary Job Responsibilities.

Exhibit good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with agency team

members, clients and vendors.

An eye for detail and a mind for analytics.
