We are looking for a full-time assistant to add to our team. We expect 40 hours/week of work on average, but some weeks may be way fewer hours and other weeks may need more than 40 hours. You'll need to be self-driven and communicative.

There will be some daily tasks such as handling our company email account, but then each day may have different tasks to do.

You'll interface with our main vendor/partner and will need to have perfect English and be easy, nice and responsive to work with. You'll work with our team to get various projects completed - bringing in our programmer when needed, asking for input, figuring out how to solve various problems.

You'll also need to pull data from different sources and update/create Google sheets/excel files. So, you'll need to demonstrate that you can create and use different mathematical formulas - nothing too complex, but if you haven't worked with Google sheets or Excel you won't be able to do this job. We'll test you to make sure you can do this quickly, while we watch. You'll need to be able to pay attention to details - this is critical. We have hired some people who work too fast and don't get everything right...they don't last long. But those who do things right will have a great job for years to come.

You'll also support our team doing content creation if someone is sick.
